"Error: Access Denied" running Gpresult or RSoP

Error: Access Denied" Error Message When You Run the Gpresult.exe Tool on Windows 2003 or when you run RSoP on a member server.

I can view the local policy and from just using the server I can tell group policies are being applied, but I get access denied trying to run GPresult or RSoP. I'm inthe local admin group and domain admin also.

Any ideas? PLease Post
