"Enter parameter Value?"

Hi, I have a report generated from a query. There are several fields in a record. If for some reason one of the fields is blank, when I try to open the report, it pops up a message box and asks to "Enter a parameter value". How can I get rid of this message box. There is some data in the other fields though in the same record.

By the way, did I mention that you all are great. I am very new user and I have got plenty of help from here. Appreciate it.

If the field is available in the report's record source then you will not get prompted for a parameter. It shouldn't make a difference if the field value is null.

Is your report based on a crosstab query?
