I was asked today by my superintendent if he could send a email to a principal and be guaranteed that the principal could not in turn forward that message to someone else. As we have it right not, I told him no but I would look into it and see if there were options.
So my question is... is there some form of digital rights management technology or something simular for email messages so one could set rights for that message to deny forwarding, copying, printing, etc... after the recipient received it?
We currently have Exchange 2007 and will be upgrading to 2010 within the next couple of months.
