I have been using Backup exec 8.5 for some time know and haven't had any problems until now. I am backing up 3 (windows 2000) servers one with the exec software and 2 with acc agents on each. It will back everything up but one drive. It will backup the c: drive and system state but will give me this error when backing up the L: drive on the very same server. I have tryed to shut things down that maybe running but I can't seem to figure this one out. Can anyone help! any ideas out there.

One other piece to this mystery. When Veritas backups up this server that fails.
1. it backs up c: no problems
2. it backs up l: Drive not responding
3. it backs up S: no problems
4. Later in the backup process it comes back and backs up system state with no problems

This makes me believe that its not a network problem if only one drive fails. If it backs C: up and then goes to L: should it not have the same connection?
