"Document not Saved" in Excel 97

I am in Citrix trying to save an Excel (OPffice 97) file that is attached to an email (Outlook 98)to a new location with a new name. It does not matter what drive I try I keep getting the message "Document not saved". I tried the same procedure locally and it works no problem...obviously a Citrix thing.

Any help would be appreciated.
