"Disable" missing from context list

Running Security Center 7.2.144 with VirusScan 11.2.121.
OS is XP MCE Service Pack 2.
In the past, right click on McAfee icon in systray used to present an option to "Disable" (and later "Enable") the application. It was convenient.
That choice no longer appears. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the SW. Same problem.
Any ideas?
