"Destination component not connected to component tree hierarchy"

I have a major bug in my program.

"Destination component not connected to component tree hierarchy"

is one message i get alot of at runtime!
It seems the first 10 seconds after i switch to a new Frame i can get this message just be moving the mouse or push the mouse buttons
