"Denial Event 1378 No hunt group for Split"

Does anyone know how to decode the event data 1 and 2 from the event log?

I am getting the following in the event log;

display events

EVENTS REPORT

Event Event Event Event
Type Description Data1 Data 2

1378 No hunt grp for split idx 89B8 2D04
1378 No hunt grp for split idx 8852 2F07

Reading previous tek-tips I see I am not alone with this.
I would like to understand what Event data 1 and event data 2 are telling me.

This may be totally unrelated, but I got this same denial events when we were bringing up some new stations on a CM2.2 (S8710). The stations were set to auto-answer, but the headsets were not installed properly and not working. When I did a list trace on them, I got that same error. This also seemed to cause the agents to not show as logged in on the PBX or in CMS, but they did receive calls from the skills they were logged in to.

Not sure your exact situation, but I thought I'd throw that out there.
