Is there any way to prevent interdev from inserting width- and height properties into img tags?

It's very boring to search for bugs after changing an image in size.

i would prefer too, if interdev would not convert my written tags into lowercase but just keep them as they are.

Any way to prevent that software from doing unwanted things?
