I try to access
- from ArcServe2000 Advance Edition (SP3) on a Win2k Server
- onto a ArcServe2000 Lotus Notes Backup Agent (SP3) on WinNT 4.0 server.

I used to be able to click on "Lotus Notes" in the server folder in ArcServe, and all the Lotus Notes Databases would be shown. That was with ArcServe 6.61 before the update.

Now it the entry is called "dbanotes" and when I click on the + I am asked for the Security Information (Security for dbanotes), and whatever I enter, the reply is: "DBagent does not exist".

I have also tried to create a local user "dbagent" and given "logon as service", "act as OS" and "logon locally" rights, as someone suggested in connection with Exchange.

Didn't help.
Anyone with a good idea??
