"could not open c:\Aloha\data\TRANS.LOG, err2" 1

We are running Aloha 5.2 and our server pc is no longer communication with the FOH Pos. When attempting to run sales summary reports we receive the following message "could not open c:\Aloha\data\TRANS.LOG, err2"

After doing updates to the table manager, though I select to update the FOH, no data is sent.

Are you running in redundant? Will only run for 28 days like that. Your daily sales are stored on the master terminal when in redundancy and would need to be copied across the network to the server to access sales. Why is you server not communicating?

You said you did updates to table manager.
Does this mean you upgraded to a newer version?
