"Could not find any web navigator templates"

When a user tries to copy and paste something from an Internet site to a New Memo, the user gets the error:

"Could not find any Web Navigator templates"

I've read about replacing the perweb.nsf but I do not see a template for it in the user's local directory.

Does anyone have any suggestions / solutions?

The user can take the text from the Internet site and paste it into Word and then into Notes just fine.

The perweb.ntf is flagged as an advanced template, and does not list in a 'create new database' unless ticked. It is a default template and should exist, if not copy it from somewhere else, server or similar.
