"client agent" settings and "invalid owner"

Hi I would like to make a restore of a media on a shared drive but Arcserve doesn't see my network drives. I know I can set properly the "client agent" options to complete this task but I don't know how!
Suggestions?

I have also another problem with another restore task. I receive in the log the message invalid owner (also this time it's on a network drive). How can I change the owner?
