I developed a report in Crystal Reports v10 that required two range parameters used in record selection: Parameter #1 was a date range; parameter #2 was a minimum and maximum currency amount. The report worked fine when executed from my desktop. However, when I published the report to Crystal Enterprise and attempted to set default values for the parameters from the CMC (accessed via the Admin Launchpad), after entering the values for the date range and clicking the "Submit" button, both parameters completely vanished from the parameters page. Although the parameters disappeared from the CMC, whenever the report was accessed via the User Launchpad, the parameters were available and the report could be successfully executed. Any ideas?

I've had similar problems occur in other versions. One bug which was later resolved was if a datetime parameter was the first parameter, it would crash XP. This was during the BETA though, but it serves to demonstrate that there are peculiar circumstances that can cause such things.

I'd try applying the serice pack, if you've not done so.

Then I'd try reordering the parametrs and bringing the report into CE again.

btw, how did you bring the report into CE, using the publishing wizard or from within CE? I'd also try the opposite as a possible workaround.

First, thanks for the timely response. Next, the report was saved from Crystal Reports v10 on the enterprise server directly into CE, rather than using the publishing wizard. I'll check with the network administrator regarding applying the service pack, but I'll also take a stab at reversing the order of the parameters to see if there's any change. Either way, I'll post a reply of the outcome.

I have the same problem with my CE10. After I fill out all the parameters, all the options would disappear. I played with it and found out that if I do not initialize all the parameters, it would stay. I still do not have a clue on why it is doing that.
