"Can't open this item..."

Hello;

I have one user that is trying to open an item on her calendar but when she tries she gets she gets "Can't open this Item. The object could not be found" I tried clearing out the foms cache and loaded updates for Office/Outlook. She is running Outlook 2003. Other items on the calendar she can open fine. Any ideas?

See you're not getting any responses to this so here's my 2 sous worth:

It sounds like the PST is corrupt. I would suggest backing up the .PST file and then running the inbox repair tool SCANPST.EXE.

that or if you are using exchange you can try the cleanfreebusy command
