"Cant change document UNID" Lotus Notes

Hello

I wonder if anyone can offer a solution..

I have a user who can access lotus notes via a network we have. She can access every server available on the network apart from one, the one that houses her mail file. If she tries to open this server she gets the error "Cant change document UNID"

Any advice is welcomed greatly
