I'm having this problem with mulitiple users. All machines are nt 4.0, sp6a. As the administrator I can access users email (by changing mail profile) using outlook 98 however, when logged in with users information I get the message "cannot start microsoft outlook". I have formatted, changed .dll's to .old's, reinstalled outlook and ie4. Any suggestions?
