Hi Everybody,

Have u been experienced getting the error message : "Cannot find the file" in the ArcServe Log? I did. I have tried to trace the files which come with this message in the server physical harddisk, but they are not exist this moment. So, I'm thinking may be the backup list which made up by ArcServe is not update today, (of course may be there is another reasons).

Do u have any idea on it? and how to do this?

Thanks
Aston

IN the backup manager run a dynamic backup ( The server has to be full green in the source ). If it is half green then ARCserve will not know whether the file is available in the server or NOt. So it is always advisable to run a dynamic backup.

Hope this helps... DatabaseBaba...
