"cannot delete an user that is referenced by task flow"

hello all,

i have this error when trying to delete a particular user
from the SMI workbench.

any idea what's going on ?

thx for any help.

Is this an agent? Any chance one of your scripts is queuing directly to an agent by using agent id?

Other alternatives are:

Agent is in a scheduled skillsetor supervisor assignment change

or less likely

Agent is in a scheduled report
