"Cannot continue" message when adding Mbox???? 1

NAM/////Enter Mbox #, Subscriber, Ext #, COS & after OK I get message "Cannot continue" and exits system???
I can add a mbox of a different # but not 6114.
I had a mbox 6114 previously but deleted to rebuild (for new person).

reboot the voicemail.. this has solved problems for me in the past...
