Hello all,
One of our customers has an issue with a BCM.
BCM 400 3.6 Build: 2.2c
When attempting to access the General Delivery mailbox for message retrieval, upon logging in, we receive the message:
"Cannot Continue"
"Exit"
I have reset the password on this mailbox, and change it, but still have the same results.
Being the General Delivery, I cannot delete and rebuild.
Is this 'patchable', or a possible hardware issue??
