"Cannot Continue" General Delivery

Hello all,
One of our customers has an issue with a BCM.

BCM 400 3.6 Build: 2.2c

When attempting to access the General Delivery mailbox for message retrieval, upon logging in, we receive the message:

"Cannot Continue"
"Exit"

I have reset the password on this mailbox, and change it, but still have the same results.

Being the General Delivery, I cannot delete and rebuild.

Is this 'patchable', or a possible hardware issue??
 
I've seen this problem a few times. The way I fixed it was by re-installing voicemail.

Mostly this problem shows up on 2.5 BCMs, I havent seen it on a 3.6 before.

As a short-term solution, you could make another mailbox and make that general delivery ( turn off existing GD ).

General Delivery is turned on.
We did assign mailbox 120 to the main telephone, as a temporary fix.
We have re-installed Voicemail, and the problem was fixed for a few months, but is now a problem again.
I think the fix with the other mailbox will hold them for now.
