Hey All;
It's been a while since I've had to post anything here, which is a good thing! I have a customer with a CallPilot 150, and they experienced a slow meltdown of the system, since May of this year. We originally thought the voicemail was fried due to power spikes and surges, however I replaced it with a new one, and the SAME THING STARTED HAPPENING TO IT? We did perform a restore from the old one to the new one, and it seemed to work, but over the weekend it started to crash saying "cannot continue" on their screens when trying to leave a message? Long story short, what errors or codes should I worry about in the "event log" thast might steer me in the right direction to troubleshoot? Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks, Scott
