"Cannot Configure More Than 250 Fonts"

Greetings everyone,

We currently have a Lotus Notes 4.6.7 user who is experiencing the error "Cannot Configure More Than 250 Fonts" when attempting to open a Notes database. Typically in the past we would view the user's c:\winnt\fonts directory and clear the # of fonts until it was below 250. This worked in the past. We have had a recent occurence of this error with a user who only has 89 fonts.

I have limited knowledge of Notes and don't know where to begin. Have any of you experienced this error? Does anyone have an idea of how this can be corrected?

Yes, we have had the same issue and yes we've done pretty much the same thing. First I would think to right click and remove the database from your workspace then browse to open it again ( Control O or file, database, open... )
Maybe that will work.

Maybe hitting control, shift, f9 inside your inbox may fix it ( update views.. ) good luck...
