"can´t find language dll" error using access 2000

HI: I install access 2000 in my metaframe 1.8 server using the TRANSFORMS method, when i login as administrator i can use the office programs well, but if i logon using a "normal" user i obtain a "can´t find language dll" anda the progam cancels, annyone can helpme?

Ofcourse I may assume that you set the server in INSTALL mode when you installed Access 2000.
When you logon as the user who has these problems, can you find the DLL on the location where it should be ? Check also if you have the nescessary rights set. I know that there are some access files that need CHANGE rights for all users to work properly. Add the user to the domain admin group and check if you can start Access. If that works, than it is a credential problem.
