"Cable unplugged" message

I have 2 i2004 ip phones with "cable unplugged" message on the display. The phones work just fine. I've tried unplugging the phones as well as deregistering/reregistering the phones with no luck.
Its a BCM 400 4.0 with the latest patches

Any thoughts?

Sounds like old firmware on the set.
