In my 3300 Rls 7.1, how do I configure the ability to reach a person's call through the option in voicemail to dial "C"? This is a voicemail only, these are sales staff without physical sets. Thanks in advance.
when logged into the mailbox, press 2 for Call Notification and follow the prompts for setting up Personal Keys.
Setting up values for 2, 3 and 7 will engage canned prompts for Cell, Fax And Page. I recommend you train your users to use the other keys so that they can decide to prompt for it their greeting if they so choose or have it active without a prompt.

Consistancy... Is only a virtue when you're not a total screwup.
One user has a blinking message waiting light, when I log into her mailbox, there are no messages yet the light is still blinking. When she presses the messsage waiting indicator instead of dialing our voicemail pilot, it dials the extension of another user in our system.
The user whos extension her button dials also is prompted to dial her extension when he presses his message waiting button. Any ideas?
