"Browse for Folder" embedded in VBA form

I'd like to have a Browse for Folder directory view embedded in a VBA form. It'd be nice if I could store the last folder visited in the reg or ini so the form always opens to the last folder visited.

I know there are a few ways to have a pop-up browse for folder dialog, but I really would rather have it embedded.

Any ideas or hints?
