I have an Exchange 5.5 server running Groupshield 4.04 and the Quarantine Folder was accidentally moved while trying to move the contents. It was moved back but now quarantined messages no longer get moved here. In fact I don't know what happens to them now when they are quarantined. Anyone know how to recreate the Quarantine Folder?

Just start and stop the GroupShield Exchange service. This should be enough to re-initialize the quarantine database.

... take my advice, I don't use it anyway!

I tried that, but still no go.
I also tried shutting off all Groupshield services as well as IMS and MTA and then restarting them but it is still not recreated when they are restarted.

I am wondering if even reinstalling will do the trick.
Or maybe uninstall/reinstall?

Best suggestion I can give would be to use the latest version (5.0) of GroupShield for Exchange 5.5. AVChap
