"Availability" software in HPUX

Greetings!

I'm currently auditing the software installed in the company's servers. After executing a swlist on the HPUX machines, I'm doing the inventory, with a description for each application.

One of the programs which I've found in the servers is the following:

Availability 0.00.01018
Availability 0.00.00969
Availability 0.00.00979

I can't find information on this program! What is its purpose? Must it be licensed or it comes with the operating system?

I appreciate all the info that you can give me :)
