"ASDiscoverySvc Failed to Start" when installing Manager

I'm trying to install the Arcserve 7 Manager on a win2k workstation and during the install I get the following message followed by an abrupt cancelation of the install.

"Error 1920.Service ASDiscoverySvc failed to start. Verify you have sufficient priveliges to start system services."

I am logged into win2k as Administrator, so that's not the problem. Any ideas???

Hi,

The ARcserve discovery service is dependant on the Computer Browser service...

please verify if this service is running...
