"apply a new email account" & "forget password"

How can I setup "apply a new email account" & "forget password" in Exchange2000 webmail? (like Hotmail, sinamail... etc)

Ask the admin to create you an account :)

Tell the admin you forgot the password.

I'm sure you could make a webpage with a form they fill out that e-mails the admin. Dan
