"Agents, you have calls in Queue"

We want to use our ACD system (also have Global Nav 6.0) to send an automatic pre-recorded page to a specific paging group when ever a caller enters the queue and is waiting for more than 10 seconds. I've seen this done with an inter-tel system. Is there a way to do this with the NEAX 2400 and CCWORX Enterprise?
