We have a number of agent Id's in our Definity G3R system which, when logged onto any call master phone, get the "Agent not Logged on" display when pressing the VU-Display button on their phone.
I have checked that they have the skills on their log in. I have checked that the skills are measured - feature works for other log in's with the same skills.
The feature also works on the same phone for another agent who has exactly the same configuration.
I have removed the Agent log in from the PBX and CMS and also removed the associated audix mailbox. When i set it up again it still has the same problem.
If i use the duplicate agent command and duplicate the agent ID that has the problem the new one works ok.
I can't think of anything else to try... any idea's?
