"Action canceled" error for Crystal SDK

Hello,

The Crystal RAS SDK file which I had "RAS_SDK.chm" is not working anymore. I get the "Action canceled" error page of IE on the right pane with the message "Internet Explorer was unable to link to the Web page you requested. The page might be temporarily unavailable."

I had used it a number of times earlier and it used to work just fine until a few days back.

Has anyone encountered this problem? Please let me know how to resolve this.
