I could use some help on this one....I was asked about the
software program called "ACT"....how does it interface with
the Legend or Magix....I don't normally get involved with
3rd party apps...thank in advance.

ACT is a salesman's tool. It is used to keep a log of customer's contact information, etc. It may also have a CTI-type interface to allow a customer's data to pop up on the computer screen via caller ID info forr an incomming call - similar to the old AT&T Passageway program.

ACT! only integrates with Standard Windows TAPI for CTI. For propper CTI, you need an add-on.
