In a IDCS-100 one deskset that has a ds key tagged ds202 when pressed the display says "access denied"! Extension 202 can use her ds205 button to call extension 205. extension 205 is a 10 button set with 5 ds buttons on it. the other 4 ds programmed keys work great? Extension 202 the receptionist has 5 ds keys as well and all her ds keys work great???
Extension 205 owns the place and will NOT change extension number? :-(
I have deleted ds202 key from ext 205. I have moved the ds202 to a working ds key at ext 205 and even when you just use the dial pad from ext205 you still get "access denied"?
How high of a building do I need to have to throw this Samsung out of a window to just KILL it?

if you do a transfer 107, you can scroll through the key programming for that phone. It sounds as though the button may be labelled as extn 202, but could be programmed as something else. If the phone was originally a handset of a different type, when the new one was plugged in, it will have taken the default key programming for a phone with that number of keys.
