Since we upgraded to the latest NetWare Client (Novell Client 4.91 SP3 for Windows) we have been experiencing this issue whenever a user tries to logon through a Citrix ICA Connection.
The domain controller does exist and once you click OK and login again, it logs in totally find as if nothing was wrong in the first place. This wouldnt be such an issue if it werent for automatic logins which run backup duties at night - these obviously fail to login.
We have tried the following fix:
This doesnt seem to help, but the problem explained in the document is exactly what we are experiencing.
This may be a problem with Citrix but I don't want to cross post into the Citrix forum.
A little info on the setup:
4 x Windows 2003 Servers running Citrix Presentation Server software and MetaFrame software.
1 of these is the management server which acts as the domain controller, the other 3 are production servers in which users login to.
We do not use Active Directory at all, we use Novell eDirectory as our fileserver is an SuSE box.
Does anyone have any idea as to what may be causing this? Im at a loss!
Thanks
