"405 Method Not Allowed" Error -- website based on db

" I am currently developing a webpage for my brother's car dealership with FrontPage 2002. I have created a credit application page to interface with the corresponding database. I have uploaded the database to the server, but when I try to click the ok button (where it should send the data to the respective table) it gives me a "405 Method Not Allowed" error.

I am currently using the free version of netfirms, but will switch it over to the business plan once everything is complete.... Am I receiving this error because the current plan does not offer Front Page Server Extensions?
