"0 items imported out of __" error message

I'm trying to do an import of account transactions, and keep getting the following error:

"0 items imported out of 3"

I've checked my import file against the MAS90 specifications, and I've got it setup what I believe is correct. The first column of the .csv file is the Account Code, the second column is the Account Name, the third column is the Transaction Date, and the ninth column is the Transaction Amount (column 4 through 8 are blank).

Any know what might be causing this error?

Are you using VI?

Note that account code is nine digits, regardless of your setup.

No, not using VI, just the Xchange > Import Transactions page.

The error I'm getting for every line in the log is "THIS RECORD WAS NOT SELECTED FOR IMPORT
