When sending a email, the party receiving the email just gets "ÿþ<" without the quotes. Why is this happening? How can I fix this?

First of all, forum605 would be the place to ask that.
When you post there, please add some info, like what OS, What emailclient, what domain you send to (hotmail or so), is it just 1 contact or all, the format you send in etc...
