Every time I try to export my file from After Effect 6.0 (running on Mac OSX (10.3.2)) the application quits on the first frame. Tried exporting it as a lower quality and rasterising the files in it, but still quit. I'm not using any 3rd party plug in. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks

Try exporting it as a QuickTime instead, Animation Codec.
It shouldn't be crashing, but there may be something within the SWF commands that AE doesn't like.
Creating a QuickTime will collapse the commands into the movie.
