Quincy error

When working with BO sometimes a quincy error occurs, resulting in closing BO and losing all unsaved changes to reports. Is there anyone who also has this problem or knows how this can be prevented? Any help would be appreciated.

Im my experience, after some hours of intensive use with big reports and multiple sessions, this kind of errors become frequent (the logs report EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION" etc). Thus I click the "save" button after each significant piece of work. I also save multiple versions for an easy rollback.
