At least version 1.0.39 doesn't. In fact, it seems to have done a partial install & doesn't want to be removed nicely. After chatting with Linksys support, it seems to be a known problem. And according to the tech I was chatting with, there is no known timeframe for a version of QuickVPN that will work with Vista.
