quicktime vr in flash 1

i'm developing a flash site into which i would like to incorporate quicktime vr panoramas.

so far, what i've found is that you must first create the quicktime vr panorama, then convert it into flash objects with a program called virtual! (

and then use advanced actionscript to control it.

is this the best solution, or are there other methods anyone has come across? i don't want to make the end user have to download any extra plugins like quicktime or ipix.

Somewhat simulate it all in Flash alone, could be an alternative... And then maybe not!
