Quicktime and YouTube?

I've got a video in iMovie that was made from Quicktime video screen shots. It looks great when exported to the desktop in any format. But, when I upload it to YouTube, it looks blurry and smeared. I've tried uploading it to YouTube in Quicktime, FLV, and mp4.

Any advice on how to get this to look good on YouTube would be greatly appreciated!
