Quicktime 7 Capturen Settings on MAC

I want to capture useing QT 7 Pro. So I can automate the task of encoding and uploading to the web.

I want to capture straight to Sorenson 3 codec.

And Qmusic audio codec.

Is there a way of modifying the profiles in QT to these settings?

Right now you have three choices

-Device Original
-Mpeg4 - Good
- H.264 - Better


I would like to add my own profile, or find a program that allowed me to capture straight without haveing to export.

Any ideas?
