i have accidently forgotten the quick restore disk in my CD drive, after power on , the program began runnig and told me to confirm the formating action of the HD , or to cancel the process, that's wath i did , but after rebooting there was no data on my HD (boot with floppy)!, the partitions were changed.
please help me recovering my data
