Hello,

I'm using C++Build 6 and QuickReports 4.06.

Having a dickens of a time getting labels, checks, IRS forms to print properly. My current test case is just a big + sign on a single detail band. The report settings are for letter size paper (8.5in x 11in) with 0 margins all the way around... The + is drawn with two line 8.3" and 11.3". It comes out fine on my Canon i560, but HP and Brother printers are scaling it down - mostly in height!

It's acting like it has margins and is scaling the report down...

Ok, so I go to the printer setups and set everything I can find to 100% of original size, NO Scaling, I've even tried borderless printing on some printers (verrryyy sloooow)!

One Canon was "fixed" by changing the Print Processor from WinPrint to the Canon supplied. I'm lost and could use a new idea to check out!

Any takers?

Thanks in advance...

Just an idea but have you changed the printers to use RAW format?

Hi 2ffat,

Sorry... already tried that. I'm now familiar with RAW versus all the other settings, but RAW was the default. I've tried the others as well.

Thanks,

Greg
