Does anyone know what the advantage is to using the contact sync from Quickbooks into Outlook? If all employees use the contact sync won't there be differences in their Outlook QB contacts after awhile? My concern is how to keep all employees in sync with any changes in the addresses and different phone numbers etc.
I know you can re-sync every once in awhile. I just don't understand why we should sync at all if everyone can just go into Quickbooks to view a customer, vendor etc.
