Hi All,
I am having a problem with an ASA 5505 setup to as an Easy VPN Server. All works well except that the device acts as a DHCP server for the local lan and issues ip addrsses in the 192.168.1.0 network (default). The problem I am having is some vpn users home routers issue address to their clients in this network also. So when they try to ping 192.168.1.10 there is an obvious conflict as both the home network and the protected network have this ip address. Is there anything I can do short of reprogramming the dhcp server on the ASA to issue a diffrent address rang? This would be a hassel and I would have to do it off hours. If it matters I am using split-dns. Thanks all in advance.
